Certificate of end destination.
A certificate of end destination is a document that in honour and conscience is made up by the customer in the recipient country with the indication for which the goods will be used.
The certificate of end destination must be made on the official paper with the heading of the company of the customer.
Example:
Date and place where the document is made-up.
I (name and address of the customer) like to buy (amount) VBR-Belgium armor piercing cartridges caliber (the caliber that you want) for a value of (value in Euro) from the VBR-Belgium international dealer n.v. Coppens Wapenhandel, Beukendreef 5 , 8300 Knokke-Heist , Belgium.
The armor piercing cartridges are exclusively intend for Law Enforcement use and for the use by certain private security companies allowed by our government here in (name of the country).
Name, signature and function of the signatory of the document.
Before the export license will be granted by the Flemish authorities, the Flemish authorities will take contact with authorities of the involved country to examine if armor piercing ammunition is allowed for law enforcement use. An extra official document of the request for armor piercing ammunition by the Law Enforcement agency which likes to buy the ammunition (end destination) and a conformation by there Ministry will be needed.
International import certificate.
An international import certificate is a document that is draw up by the government of the country of the customer who receives goods from the Belgian supplier. In this document this government confirms that she has knowledge of the fact that goods will be brought in there territory, that they not resist against this import and that goods after import fall under the current legislation of there own government.
