 Field stripping PDW 7.92 VBR-B Compact Minimize

 

The field stripping of the PDW 7.92 VBR-B Compact.

 
1) Remove the magazine out the PDW 7.92 VBR-B Compact.
 
-  Point the muzzle of you PDW 7.92 VBR-B Compact in a safe direction!
- Take care that there are no vingers in the trigger guard.
-  Push on the magazine release button and take the magazine out the PDW 7.92 VBR-B Compact.
 
2) Check if your weapon is unloaded and safe!.
 

 

 - Turn the ejection port down and pull on the loading handle. If there is a cartridge in the chamber it will fall out the weapon. Release the loading handle so that the bolt jumps to his original position.

 - Do this a few times and check if there is no cartridge in the chamber. 
 
3) Open the PDW 7.92 VBR-B Compact.
 

 

On the back side of the PDW 7.92 VBR-B under the loading handle  is the release button to extract the buttstock.

 - Puch the release button of the buttstock in and extract the buttstock until he is fully open and the buttstock catch is fully engaged.

 

 

 - Put the shoulder piece of the extracted butt stock against your body with the muzzle away from you.

 

 - Pull the loading handle  10 mm backwards and keep him in this position.
 
- Take a cartridge and puch the assembling pin so deep as possible.
 - Pull on the other side the assembling pin out the weapon. Keep the loading handle in his position!
 
- When the assembling pin is removed, pull the loading handle so fare backwarts as you can. The objective is to lower the hammer so that  the handgrip frame can be separeted from the barrel frame.
 
 - Keep the loading handle in his back position and pull on the handgrip. The handgrip frame will separete from the barrel frame.
- Pull the handgrip frame out the barrel frame.
- Now we have the two frame groups separeted from each other.
- One group is the barrel frame with the extracted buttstock and the barrel.
- The other group is the handgrip frame with the trigger assembly.
- And we have also the assembling pin.
 4) Remove the bolt out the barrel frame.
 
 

 - Puch the bolt 20 mm in against the pressure of the bolt spring.

 

 
 - Take the bolt on his back side and pull him out the barrel frame, then move him in the direction of the muzzle out the barrel frame.

These are the different parts of the field stripped PDW 7.92 VBR-B Compact.

 
To assemble the PDW 7.92 VBR-B, assemble the PDW in the opposite way of the stripping.
